Chifeng Runyin Mineral Exploration Co., Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inner Mongolia Huiyin Mining Co., Ltd., was founded in December, 2011 with registered capital of RMB 15 million. The range of business mainly covers geological survey of solid mineral resources, surveying and mapping engineering, geophysical exploration, mineral separation, etc. At present, the company has exploration right of 5 mines in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia - exploration right of 2 gold ores, namely, Laoyemiao Gold Mine with an area of 11.59 square kilometers in Songshan District, Chifeng and Kuijiashan Gold Mine with an area of 15.90 square kilometers in Songshan District, Chifeng; exploration right of one copper, lead and zinc polymetallic ore which is Xiaoshigou Copper-Molybdenum Polymetallic Ore in Songshan District, Chifeng with an area of 8.10 square kilometers; exploration right of one molybdenum ore, which is Xiangshandi Lead-Zinc Polymetallic Ore in Songshan District, Chifeng with an area of 17.82 square kilometers; and exploration right of one iron mine, which is Tangzhangzi Iron Mine in He County, Ningcheng, Chifeng with an area of 27.40 square kilometers.

So far, the first-stage exploration of Laoyemiao and Kuijiashan Gold Mine has already completed. Xiaoshigou Molybdenum Mine has gone through the general survey and the detailed designing was sent to evaluate. The exploiting way would mainly be drilling (using pit drill and surface drill). Inferred reserves of molybdenum in Xiaoshigou should be more than 100,000 tons.
